1. Each group should meet at least once a month for about 75 minutes 2. Each group will have a designated leader who will e-mail, call and finalize the date and place for each month. 3. These meetings could take place at a home, restaurant, coffee place…etc, the only condition is that you should have the privacy to talk openly and pray together. 4. During the discussion please make sure each person gets at least 10 minutes to share what’s going on in their lives, ask for specific prayer needs. 5. These small groups are designed for deeper relationships and stronger bond between brothers and sisters, so please confine the sharing to the small group so that we can really address the deeper issues of life. 6. Make sure you have at least 10 – 15 minutes of prayer time every time you meet. Please do not plan devotions, Bible study or other material; these small groups are designed to connect individuals in a deeper relationship, so talk about your life, not about current affairs, theology or philosophy. 7. If you are married, please share about this commitment with your spouse so that they can support you in this and help you with child care or other responsibilities.
